Sizing - We have been making our leather goods for 15 years now and have researched the sizing so it is as accurate as possible. Our products do, therefore, run “true to size.” However, due to the natural variation in leather, sheepskin, and personal preference, from time to time it becomes necessary to exchange for a more perfect fit. We are very happy to exchange any item returned to us in new condition and are even willing to custom size most of our items to be tailored more precisely. Call for details.
Colors - We order most of our leather pre-dyed and therefore have very limited control over slight color variations. We feel it very important to use only natural or nude finished leather -meaning no spray painted surfaces to scratch or peel off with age. Inherent with this type of finish we find a greater variation in texture, grain, colors and range scars (natural blemishes incurred as a result of the vicissitudes of life). We make every effort to be consistent with our colors and to match as closely as possible in all respects but slight variations are to be expected and are your assurance of genuine leather.
Pricing - Leather is a natural commodity and it is therefore subject to market demands. The leather market has been extremely volatile over the last 18 months resulting in price increases of over 40% in some raw materials. We have managed to limit our price increases through increased efficiency and purchase of equipment and therefore our prices have not reflected market trends. We will do our best to keep our prices consistently low, while maintaining the high quality levels you have come to expect from us over the last 25 years.
