If you have any questions regarding the fit or sizing of the slippers, please give us a call for a free sizing consultation! Or click here to watch a video on how your new slippers should fit.

We will exchange any item that is returned to us in like new condition. Send the item to the address listed below and don't forget to include:

• Your name
• Shipping information
• Contact phone number
• The reason for return and what you would like in exchange.

We will refund an item that is returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase and is still in like new condition. Refunds are available for the purchase price of the item minus the cost of shipping. Please send the item, and the above information, to the address below and don't forget to include your contact phone number and reason for return.
